Carlos is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and has put his entrepreneurial zest to work building publicly held and privately traded companies. He brings a rare acumen to DCA and has helped us attract, win, and move the needle for countless clients.

Elyn is our resident multi-channel, multi-tasking, multi-media guru who came to us after spending 25 years working with major hospitality and food & beverage brands. She’s a consummate strategist, marketing wunderkind and best-practices leader.
Adriana is an account manager and brand strategist here at DCA, and brings with her more than three years of advertising agency experience. She holds a Master’s in Global Marketing Communications and Advertising. She is extremely passionate about branding and strategy, and going above and beyond for clients. Adriana dances as much as she can – including in the office!
Andy is a self-proclaimed basketball junkie. For Diaz & Cooper, he’s like a point guard who makes sure we’re running the right plays in terms of brand development, campaign strategy and account management. Both creative and business-minded, Andy plays a key role in helping DCA clients tell their stories.
Utilizing her background in strategic PR and knack for networking, Sofia serves as Diaz & Cooper’s Account Coordinator. Her passion for client services began while coordinating and executing events for Disney, Telemundo and BBC network. Here at DCA, she’s a woman wearing many hats. From project managing and account servicing, to writing press releases and attending networking opportunities, there isn’t a thing she wouldn’t do for the team.
Evan owns a Juris Doctorate from Nova University and spent years practicing law in South Florida before finally realizing his true passion was being creative. So, he left the legal profession to become in intern at DCA. Today, Evan is a key member of our team writing for social media and creating online content.
Shawn specializes in content marketing and creation, social media, search engine optimization, and all things digital. He earned his Master’s Degree in Global Strategic Communications in 2013 and has built powerful online strategies ever since. He brings DCA an insight into the digital realm few companies can equal.
Digital Strategy Supervisor
Christopher discovered his passion for entrepreneurship during college and began growing his first business while attending Florida International University. He has built multiple sales businesses via everyday social media platforms, and has been a keynote speaker at multiple leadership conventions for young entrepreneurs. Christopher has expanded his knowledge of social media marketing and business development even further, having co-started one of the fastest growing social media agencies in Florida.
Director of Social Media Strategy
Marcy is a hard-nosed negotiator and intensely versed media expert with more than 20 years of planning and buying experience. She ensures every budget DCA manages is maximized and leveraged to reach the right audience with maximum impact.
For logos, animation, web design, and anything else with a graphic touch, Ryan is exceptional. His work has been seen on major networks, including the Discovery Channel and BET. He’s also created for TransUnion and South Florida Commuter Services. Ryan is an accomplished hip-hop dancer and brings a unique eye for choreography to motion graphics.
Senior Art Director
Jason is a free-spirited sort who is usually right there with a unique perspective or quirky thought when you need one. He has around 25 years of experience creating award-winning campaigns for markets ranging from travel and tourism to health and wellness to sports and entertainment.
Kamo wears many hats and uses both sides of his brain to create marketing concepts that are both highly targeted and wickedly clever. He strives for funny, beautiful and wonderfully unexpected. Kamo shares his love of art direction with students at the Miami Ad School and has worked with Apple, Smirnoff, Extended Stay America and Indy Connect Mass Transit.
Senior Art Director
Ariel is an immensely gifted programmer with a comprehensive understanding of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, hand-coded CSS and HTML, Content Management Systems, and shopping cart solutions, such as Drupal, Wordpress and Magento.
Marc got his start in social media advertising as a 19-year-old college student, by utilizing social media advertising across a variety of niche markets. He quickly rose to become the most successful young person on the Teespring platform, with his story featured in Business Insider and the New York Post. Marc now uses his knowledge to help businesses reach their target markets in the most engaging and efficient way possible.

Tesi is DCA’s Social Media Account Manager. She recently earned her degree in Psychology and Marketing, a combination that helps her excel in client relations as well as in creating innovative and attention-grabbing marketing campaigns. In her free time, Tesi enjoys staying active and spending way too much on organic juices.

Whether it’s solving a tough multimedia challenge or setting up a breakthrough social media program, Alex is the one for the job. A graduate of the Miami International University or Art and Design, he’s served clients including the Armed Forces Network, South Florida Vanpool and ABC Network.

Melisa owns degrees in PR, Marketing, Theater Management, and Entertainment Business. She’s a true Renaissance Woman with over 15 years of bilingual communications experience. She leads the firm’s efforts for public affairs, legal services, tourism and more. She’s also a positive force in the community, working with the Junior League of Miami and serving as the Vice President of the Costa Foundation.
Melisa (Mendez) Chantres
PR and Media Relations
Yeleny began her Public Relations career as a reporter for the Miami Herald and Miami Today, where she covered the city’s often-controversial political landscape. Later she served as the Lead Writer at South Florida CEO, interviewing leading area executives. She brings a first-hand understanding of the media and knows how to make the press work for clients.
Shannon is a PR professional who also possesses a comprehensive background in business, accounting, finance and marketing. She earned her MBA from the prestigious Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova University, and has created public and community relations programs for the City of North Miami, City of West Palm, and numerous private companies.
David boasts over 13 years in project development, public sector procurement, project transactions, capital markets and economic analysis. He’s well versed in policy issues related to public-private partnerships; served as the Executive Director of Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority; and enjoys hands-on experience formulating, procuring and financially closing infrastructure P3 projects.
PM and Data Analyst
When he’s not creating business development strategies, breakthrough apps, and IT management programs for international clientele, Parker proudly serves as a Flotilla Staff Officer for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. His client roster includes AT&T, Citigroup, ING Bank, and the Kingdom of Denmark.
Andre (working with his brother Parker) brings in-depth website programming and scripting experience to the DCA family. His skill sets include: 3D Drafting and Rendering, Amazon/EBay Stores, E-Commerce, Email Marketing, Mobile App Development and much more.
Stephanie launched her career writing ads for a Fortune 500 company. Today, she specializes in creating culturally relevant material for local South Florida communities. She served as a liaison for the City of Miami Overtown Community Oversight Board and worked with local leaders including Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.
