Silver Airways: 32% More Online Bookings by Turning Website into a Revenue Operations Engine

GTM Architecture, Performance Marketing
From Disconnected Channels to a 32% Lift in Online Bookings with Connected RevOps
The project started with a RevOps lens: treat the website, booking engine, and campaigns as one pipeline, not separate projects. Media, offers, and UX were redesigned to drive travelers into a streamlined booking flow, while analytics tagged every step from search to purchase.
Fare promos, route launches, and ancillary offers were connected to a central analytics and CRM stack, giving revenue management and marketing a shared view of which inputs actually moved bookings and yield. Dashboards made it easy to see channel efficiency, abandonment points, and revenue per visitor, turning guesswork into test-and-learn cycles.
By aligning digital experience, data, and teams around a single set of numbers, Silver’s online storefront became a controllable revenue engine instead of a black box.
